Policies

Please be advised of my policies:

• Cancellation:​ A 24-hour notice is required for cancellation/changes of an appointment, or you will be charged in full for the appointment. No shows will be charged without question.

• Tardiness: Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be at least 15mins early or on time to your appointment.​

• 
  

• ​​Sickness: For safety and comfort, my studio is properly disinfected with Barbicide after each client, massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived. You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees.​

• Draping: Draping is required.​

• Sexual remarks, derogatory terms, advances, innuendo, jokes, illicit conduct or gestures will result in immediate termination of the session. Request for sexual activity will not be tolerated. Client will be held responsible for the full cost of the session.
